Our team is using double conversion technique, as it can reduce the cost and complexity. One of the major drawbacks in double conversion digital mammography, is the effect of  x-ray radiation, interfere to the near by pixels (see Fig ), resulting in lower details or in other words blurred image.

To resolve the problem we developed a special chemical screen named as ASNCS "Anti Scattering Digital Chemical Screen".

The ASNCS technology developed by our lab, can remove a number of disadvantages like

• Scattering
• Electrostatic charges
• Diffracted ghost radiations
• High exposure time.
• Low dynamic range
